Sales & Partnerships Manager – Health & Wellbeing (Social Enterprise)

Hybrid | Bradford | Up to £50,000 (DOE) | 12-Month FTC

We’re working with a growing, purpose-driven social enterprise that is transforming access to health and wellbeing services across Yorkshire.

As part of an exciting new service launch, they are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive growth through meaningful, values-led partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial skills with real social impact—helping improve access to vital services while contributing to a not-for-profit model where all revenue is reinvested into communities.

The Role

This is a hybrid position combining business development, partnership building, and strategic input within a fast-evolving environment.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships across a diverse range of sectors, helping to grow awareness, generate referrals, and convert opportunities into long-term collaborations.

It is essential the candidate is able to spot opportunities to and lead on the direct selling of the service to consumers, not just developing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and drive direct consumer sales of the service
  • Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships across:
  • Universities and colleges
  • Employers and HR/wellbeing teams
  • Healthcare referrers and community organisations
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into active partnerships
  • Develop tailored, values-led proposals and presentations
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation at events, networks, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Track activity, pipeline performance, and impact against targets

About You

We’re looking for someone who is both commercially minded and genuinely motivated by purpose.

Essential:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Commercial awareness with a consultative, values-led approach

Desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare, wellbeing, education, or the not-for-profit sector
  • Understanding of neurodiversity, mental health, or community services
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to play a key role in launching and scaling a meaningful service
  • Work within a mission-led organisation focused on community impact
  • High level of autonomy and influence in a growing team
  • Flexible, hybrid working environment

Details

  • Contract: 12-month fixed-term
  • Location: Bradford (hybrid working)
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine commercial success with genuine social impact, we’d love to hear from you.
