Job Title: HR Manager

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Please note this role will be mostly site-based



About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing organisation within the education sector. This is a newly created, standalone role designed to support their continued expansion - it's a truly exciting time to join! The organisation have an outstanding ethos working to improve the lives of hundreds of children per year, and you can be a part of growing and developing this.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the full HR remit, including strategic planning, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy and compliance. Working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the HR function.

About You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Extensive HR experience within the education sector (essential)
  • Strong employee relations and union negotiation/management experience
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a standalone HR capacity
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and sector-specific regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
