About You

We're looking for an inspirational and strategic HR leader with a passion for education and developing high-performing teams.

  • Significant HR leadership experience gained within the education sector.
  • Experience working within a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) is highly preferred. Applications from candidates with senior HR leadership experience in other education settings, such as maintained schools, further education or higher education, will also be considered where they can demonstrate experience of operating within complex educational environments.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to work at Executive and Board level.
  • The ability to operate strategically while maintaining a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent senior HR experience).

This role requires a collaborative, values-driven leader who can influence at all levels, build trusted relationships and champion a positive, inclusive culture across the Trust.

What's on Offer?

  • A genuine opportunity to shape the future of a growing organisation.
  • A key executive leadership position reporting directly to the CEO.
  • A collaborative and supportive leadership team.
  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing, development and inclusion.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

If you're a strategic people leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a values-led organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
